One of the reasons that made the Harry Potter movie series very popular and attractive to the young and adults alike is the great looking costumes worn by its characters, particularly the Harry Potter dress robes and other clothing worn in the movies. What many people would find interesting, particularly the kids out there who love Harry Potter, is that these dress robes and other costumes can now be bought and worn for costume parties and events like Halloween. You may choose to be Harry Potter himself, Hermione or even Voldermort. The option is yours.
Due to the huge success of the Harry Potter books and movies, it is only to be expected that the merchandise that pertains to them abound in the market. Aside from the Harry Potter dress robes and other costumes, there are more items that you can buy to immortalize the book or the movie and its characters. Some examples of these merchandises are trading cards, school items, toys, lunch boxes, pictures, clothing, and many other objects containing the faces or figures of the characters and creatures you will find in the movies.
Since there have already been six movies of the Harry Potter book that has been released, it is only to be expected that the Harry Potter dress robes and costumes used vary a lot and comes in different styles and colors, most of which are quite attractive since Harry was known to have inherited a good sum of wealth left to him by his parents, James and Lily Potter; later on he also inherited money from his uncle, Sirius Black. The story usually had Ron Weasley in it, who is Harry’s best friend and is portrayed to be of poor origin, wearing old and hand-me-down robes, while Harry is able to afford the more expensive and better looking robes and clothes. Some of the scenes in the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire movie, particularly the Yule Ball where Harry and Ron ended up with dates Parvati and Padma Patil, had Ron wearing a very funny looking and very old robe that brought audience to laughter. Harry on the other hand was handsome as ever, wearing great looking dress robes. We at Harry Potter Review loved this clever way of injecting humor.
